J&Y Digital Productions provides project-based services, including but not limited to:
• Remodeling-related marketing content
• Digital content production (photo, video, audio)
• AI-assisted creative development
• Branding and digital strategy consulting
All services are delivered on a per-project basis and defined through written proposals or agreements.
Each project will include a clearly defined scope of work, timeline, and pricing structure.
Any modifications or additional requests outside the agreed scope may require written approval and may incur additional fees.
No work will begin without mutual confirmation of project terms.
All projects require an initial non-refundable deposit prior to commencement.
The deposit secures scheduling, planning, and resource allocation.
Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed project timeline. Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of work or termination of the project.
Upon full payment:
• Clients receive rights to final agreed deliverables.
• J&Y Digital Productions retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Concept drafts, proposals, and unused materials remain property of J&Y Digital Productions unless purchased separately.
Certain creative outputs may involve AI-assisted tools.
All AI-generated materials are reviewed prior to delivery; however, clients are responsible for final approval and compliance with applicable laws or platform policies.
J&Y Digital Productions is not liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Business losses resulting from marketing performance
• Third-party platform policy changes
• External delays beyond our control
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.
Users agree not to:
• Reproduce website content without permission
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use the site for unlawful purposes.
Services may involve third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, YouTube).
We are not responsible for performance variations, algorithm changes, or platform policy updates.
Either party may terminate a project prior to completion. Compensation for completed work up to the termination date will remain due.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
J&Y Digital Productions operates as a creative division of Torres Marble & Tiles, LLC.
